And the Stockings Were Hung......

Our home is ready for Christmas! Our tradition is to put up the tree and all of our decorations the day after Thanksgiving. We held true to this again this year and I wanted to post specifically about our stockings because they are very special to us. My Grandma Gailey has always hand-made the absolute cutest stockings for each of us and I have and will always treasure them. They are just adorable and so detailed and fun, but most importantly they are made with love by my grandma. The photos really don't do them justice, you really have to see them hanging in our home to appreciate them.






I LOVE Christmas...the music, the fun, the gift giving, the shopping, the excitement, and of course the celebration of Jesus Christ! I especially love that I have kids that enjoy the magic of the holiday! That is probably why I already have our gifts wrapped and under the tree...yes it's true, even with a 1 and 3 year old, we have gifts under the tree! I guess I do have a bit of a devilish side since it is absolutely torturing my kids to see the gifts, but it is so much fun too! I just don't think a tree looks quite right without gifts, so they will be there for the entire month.
